Dr. Dan (he/they) has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in clinical and school settings. He has trained in an inpatient hospital, the public school system, and outpatient mental health clinics. He has specialized interest in working with queer and gender diverse populations and, in addition to his work with Ocean Gem, practices at a transgender health clinic. He approaches clients with a blend of play therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, and a social justice lens.

DR. PAUL ANDRICK, PSY.D.

Dr. Paul Andrick, PsyD, graduated with his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from William James College in June 2023. He has considerable experience working with children and their families across a variety of treatment settings, including hospital-based outpatient settings, in-home therapy, public schools, community mental health centers, and group practice. Dr. Paul has a particular interest in trauma and attachment. He strives to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that integrates family systems, attachment-based approaches, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to meet children and families’ individual needs and help them achieve their maximum level of functioning at home, school, and in the community.

Dr. Molly Falkowski, PsyD, graduated with her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
from William James College and received undergraduate degrees in Psychology and
Sociology from the University of Vermont. She has experience providing assessment and
treatment to a wide range of clinical concerns in a variety of psychiatric settings,
including acute crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, inpatient and outpatient
programs. Committed to inclusivity, she values each individual’s unique experience by
providing a safe environment to confront, navigate and heal life’s complexities, fostering
resilience and facilitating personal growth. Treatment is tailored to each patient’s need,
utilizing elements from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness based and insight oriented
psychotherapy. Her clinical interests include but are not limited to health psychology,

CHRISTOPHER TYLUTKI, M.A.
Outpatient Mental Health Clinician
Christopher currently holds a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology from William James College. He originally started his career in the mental health field doing in-home behavioral therapy, in which he worked with children, adolescents and families. Since doing outpatient clinical therapy, mostly in private practice settings, he has enjoyed doing individual, family and couples therapy. The ages he most enjoys working with are transitional youth/emerging adults, young adults, and adults (ages 18-50). His clinical focuses include anxiety disorders, depression, sleep disorders, sleep medicine, relationship problems, trauma, traumatic stress, rumination, emotional regulation and life transitions. He believes in creating treatment for patients that is individualized, and prides himself on trying to get to the root causes of symptoms. His holistic approach to treatment comes from the various modalities he uses, which includes, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Family Systems, and Ecotherapy/Nature Therapy. He is a strong advocate for promoting cognitive flexibility in order to help patients free themselves from the feelings of being “stuck” in their daily lives, as well as promote resilience during stressful times.

Emma (she/her) is a fourth-year doctoral student at William James College, pursuing a PsyD in clinical psychology. She has worked in many settings including partial hospitalization programs and community mental health centers. Sarah's clinical focus is on individual and couples therapy, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient's needs. Carolyn is a third-year doctoral student at William James College, pursuing a Psy.D. in clinical psychology. Prior to joining our practice, Carolyn gained terrific experience working clinically with elementary-age children in a school setting as well as with transition-age and young adults in a college counseling center.
Carolyn is passionate about the therapeutic relationship and believes it is a fundamental part of therapy. She therefore uses empathy and compassion to establish a safe and trusting space for her clients to process emotions. She uses a strengths-based approach and practices cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Carolyn has clinical interests in eating disorders, body image, exercise, managing stress and life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-harm. She is currently completing her dissertation on weight stigma and eating disorders, particularly atypical anorexia nervosa.

Hannah (she/her) is a fourth-year advanced standing doctoral student at William James College, pursuing a Psy.D. in clinical psychology. Hannah has trained at a variety of mental health organizations and settings, providing psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, and couples. She utilizes trained adaptive evidence-based practices to best serve patient needs. Hannah's therapeutic style is empathetic, strength-based, and collaborative. Hannah's professional interests include health psychology, trauma, relationship concerns, depression and anxiety. Hannah is also involved in teaching at William James College, as well as in various community- and VA- based research studies.

Brenna is a third-year doctoral student at William James College, pursuing a Psy.D in Clinical Psychology. Before joining the practice, she gained experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in community mental health and public high school settings. Brenna’s professional interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Her clinical focus is on individual and family therapy, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs while never forgetting about the systems and environments in which one lives. Her collaborative approach emphasizes empathy and strength-based techniques to allow individuals the space to process emotions and thoughts in a safe space. Brenna is completing her dissertation to further develop a limited grief-related measure for children and adolescents to better assess and comprehend how youth process and manage grief.

Julia’s clinical focus is in working with individuals and families of all ages using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Julia believes that the cornerstone of treatment is building a strong therapeutic alliance.
